The duration of a fragrance can vary depending on the perfume. The lasting power of a fragrance can be affected by where you apply it, the weather, and how much you use. You can find the specific lasting time for each perfume in its performance section.

We haven’t received any complaints about allergies or rashes from our customers. However, to be on the safe side, we recommend doing a patch test before applying the fragrance.

At Savara, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges within 20 days of your purchase. After 20 days, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in its original condition, with no more than 10% of the product used or damaged.

Discounts aren’t available on your first order, but don’t worry! Once you place your first order, we’ll send you a discount code that you can use on your next purchase.

We offer two simple and secure payment methods:

Yes, we do offer cash on delivery! However, for orders over 12,000 rupees, we require a 50% advance payment. This helps ensure a smooth and successful delivery for both you and us.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm that we’ve received it. We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your bank account.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed after deducting the cost of return shipping from the total amount.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

Alcohol is an essential ingredient in our spray perfumes, as it helps to create the fragrance experience. However, our roll-on perfumes are completely alcohol-free and are made with oil-based fragrances for a smooth, long-lasting scent.

The oil concentration can vary from perfume to perfume, but on average, it’s around 35%, which is the highest concentration we offer for long-lasting fragrance.

For the best results, store your perfume in a cool, dark place. Sunlight can change the fragrance, making it smell different and affecting how long it lasts or how strong it is.

Alcohol itself is not considered impure in Islam. It is permissible to use alcohol in products like medicines, perfumes, and detergents. The prohibition in Islam is specifically about drinking alcohol, not its use in other forms. The term ‘khamr’ refers to alcohol created through fermentation, which is prohibited. However, alcohol that doesn’t undergo fermentation is allowed. Therefore, using perfume with alcohol in it, regardless of the concentration, is not prohibited, and it will not affect the acceptance of your namaz.
