At Savara, we sincerely apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. We understand how important it is to be satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to ensure a smooth exchange or return process. Please trust that Savara is committed to delivering the best experience for you.

Our return policy at Savara follows the Sunnah, and we accept returns for any Product that does not meet your satisfaction. Kindly note that it may take 5-6 working days to process your return or exchange request.

Savara’s Return Policy:

• We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of your purchase.
• The perfume must have at least 90% of the product still in the bottle to be eligible.
• Returns and exchanges are only applicable for 50ML or 100ML perfume bottles.
• Savara does not accept returns or exchanges for Waxes, Candles, Body Mists, Car Fresheners, Air Fresheners, and 5ML Spray Testers.

Important Notes:

• This return policy applies only to online purchases made from Savara.
• If the cellophane, testers, or box are missing or damaged, a small fee may apply.
• For perfumes, if more than 10% of the product has been used, the return will not be eligible.

• Cellophane: 20 PKR
• Box: 50 PKR
• Tester: 30 PKR
• Juice (up to 10%): 40 PKR
